Chestnut Centre Conservation &Wildlife Park

The Chestnut Centre Conservation & Wildlife Park; “located in scenic Peak District National Park of Derbyshire, is set in 50 acres of landscaped grounds and is home, not only to a unique collection of birds and animals, but to many wild birds and mammals” (http://www.chestnutcentre.co.uk)

I had a mooch around the Chestnut Centre Conservation & Wildlife Park recently, and was very surprised, but also delighted at how close I was able to get to the wildlife there.  Some of the Deers trotted right past me, so close that I could’ve put my hand out and touched them!!  A few of my favourite photos are below.  Enjoy!!  x
